STEP 1 STATUTORY DEMAND LETTER: £95
(Fixed Fee)
We will send a formal demand letter to your tenant(s) or debtor(s) asking them to pay all the arrears in 14 days. Failing which we will initiate money claim proceeding against them.
STEP 2 MONEY CLAIM (ONLINE): £110
(Excluding Court filing fee which depends on the amount of the claim)
If your tenants / debtor(s) failed to pay you the due arrears in statutory fourteen days, we will file a case against them within 24 hours of receiving your instructions.
TENANT TRACE: £95
(Fixed Fee)
We also provide service to trace your tenant (ex) if they left the tenancy premises without notifying you and without giving their forwarding address. We will refund you the whole fee if we fail to trace your debtor tenant.
DEBT RECOVERY PROCESS
